PR-11-2025

08 APRIL 2025 – MELBOURNE – The Philippine Consulate General partnered with RW Marketing, Masterplan Global, and the Adobros to bring an Adobo masterclass that shared a beloved Filipino dish with a mixed audience of over 40 journalists, food writers, influencers, food professionals, and food enthusiasts, most of whom had never encountered Adobo before.

Two small sessions of around 20 participants each took the time to learn the history of Adobo and its ingredients. Filipino sauces, including toyo and suka provided by Mama Sita, were presented and the flavors explained. The session then featured a hands-on session where participants could make adobo themselves alongside the Adobros.
