Window 2 - LTO Certification

Submits LTO Certification – Apostilled by DFA and other supporting documents to the Consular Assistant.

• Assesses and evaluates the correctness, completeness and authenticity of the documents submitted.

• Consular Assistant to issue Order of Payment

• Original and Two (2) photocopies of the data page of the Philippine passport

• Photocopy of Philippine Driver’s License, if any

• Certification Fee:AUD45.00 Cash and Debit Card Only (Please bring the physical card)

Self-addressed “Express Post” envelope (A4), which can be obtained at any Australia Post.

Window 1 - Cashier

• Submits cash / debit card payment at Window No. 1

• Receives payment and issues an official receipt;

• Official receipt is given to the client;

• Informs client to return to Consular Assistant assigned for LTO Certification

Window 2 - LTO Certification

• Client to wait for the arrival of the Original Certification for at least THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS.

• Client is advised on the timeframe for the release of the LTO Certification, which will be sent via Australia Post using the return registered envelope submitted.

The Certification to be issued by the Philippine Consulate will be forwarded via email to Victoria Roads and to the applicant

Prior to booking an appointment at the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne, the client should first request the Land Transportation Office in the Philippine to send information on Client’s Philippine Driver’s License to [email protected], which will be the basis for the issuance of LTO Certification.

Window 2 - LTO Certification

To inquire on whether the email from LTO Philippines has already been received by the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne

• Assesses and evaluates the correctness, completeness of the information provided by the LTO.

Based on the email certification, the Philippine Consulate will then issue its own certification as required by VicRoads.
