4 | Window 2 - LTO Certification | • Client to wait for the arrival of the Original Certification for at least THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS. | • Client is advised on the timeframe for the release of the LTO Certification, which will be sent via Australia Post using the return registered envelope submitted. • The Certification to be issued by the Philippine Consulate will be forwarded via email to Victoria Roads and to the applicant | 2 minutes | ||||

Prior to booking an appointment at the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne, the client should first request the Land Transportation Office in the Philippine to send information on Client’s Philippine Driver’s License to [email protected], which will be the basis for the issuance of LTO Certification. | ||||||||

2 | Window 2 - LTO Certification | • To inquire on whether the email from LTO Philippines has already been received by the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne | • Assesses and evaluates the correctness, completeness of the information provided by the LTO. • Based on the email certification, the Philippine Consulate will then issue its own certification as required by VicRoads. • Consular Assistant to issue Order of Payment | 5 minutes (but may take longer due to queue) | Consular Assistant | LTO Email should provide the following information: a.
