Requirements for 9(b) Transit Visa
- Notarized and duly accomplished non- immigrant visa application.
- Electronic or machine-readable passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond authorized period of stay in the Philippines.
- One (1) recently taken colored photo 1.77″ x 1.37″ (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm), front view, with a white background; no eyeglasses or sleeveless attire. Digital photographs are not allowed.
- Copy of Airline tickets.
- Payment of visa fee in cash or Australian Money Order payable to the Philippine Consulate General Melbourne.

For the interstate residents, you may send your signed application form and passport by mail and addressed to the Philippine Consulate General, Level 10, 257 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000 VIC.
The visa fee must be in an Australian Money order payable to the Philippine Consulate General Melbourne. Kindly enclose a return mailing envelope.
