22 November 2024 – The Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne organized its first Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM) on 20-21 November 2024, led by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Chairperson, Hon. Charito A. Zamora, SSS Acting Head for Asia, Americas and Pacific Roberto V. Roldan, and MWO-Canberra Labor attaché Melissa C. Mendizabal. A total of 420 services were rendered, with PRC issuing and renewing 205 professional licenses, SSS rendering a total of 94 transactions and consultations, and MWO-Canberra conducting 121 transactions, including verification of contracts and issuance of OECs.
The PRC Delegation sets up a one-stop shop where clients are able to obtain new ID cards on the spot. Below: SSS Acting Asia-Pacific Head Roldan catered to 94 clients in two days.

On 21 November, the agencies gathered for the Town Hall Meeting wherein the heads of the PRC, SSS, and MWO-Canberra delegations spoke of their respective services to around 40 participants from the Filipino Community. They were also joined by representatives of PAG-IBIG Fund and the Commission of Filipinos Overseas (CFO) online.

Clients expressed their appreciation to the various agencies for the services that they would not normally be able to avail themselves of in Melbourne, saving them time and airfare for their respective transactions.
