Aquino, VRM Operator, registered a first-time voter Ms. Riana Beatrice Bea as well as Mr. Areon Guarino, whose registration record will be transferred from the Philippines to Melbourne, Australia. Both of them are students in Melbourne, Australia. The registration of the two students was overseen by Consul General Maria Lourdes M.
