The issuance of the marriage license and the duties of the local civil registrar and of the solemnising officer with regard to the celebration of marriage shall be performed by said consular official.\u201d\n\nApplications may be submitted to, and the marriage ceremony should be conducted at the Philippine Embassy in Canberra, Philippine Consulate General in Sydney, or at the Philippine the submission of the complete documentary requirements at the Embassy\/Consulate.<\/p><p>The contracting parties must\u00a0<b>provide two witnesses, both age 21 years or older,<\/b>\u00a0who will attend the marriage ceremony and sign the Contract of Marriage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-898ef69 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"898ef69\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Department of Foreign Affairs,<\/b>\u00a0plus three (3) photocopies.<br \/><br \/><b>For a contracting party who is a widow or widower:\u00a0PSA<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 issued\u00a0<b>Death Certificate<\/b>\u00a0of deceased spouse,\u00a0<b>apostilled by DFA,<\/b>\u00a0plus three (3) photocopies.<br \/><br \/><b>For a contracting party age 18-21 years old,<\/b>\u00a0an\u00a0<b>Affidavit of Parental Consent executed by the parents of the contracting party,<\/b>\u00a0notarized by a Philippine public notary and bear an Apostille by the Department of Foreign Affairs, plus three (3)
