DO YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL NBI CLEARANCE ISSUED FROM 2014 ONWARDS?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9431\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9431\"><ul style=\"margin-top:-10px;\">\n \t<li>Applicants who have been issued and are still in possession of NBI Clearances from 2014 to present DO NOT need NBI fingerprinting at the Philippine Consulate.<\/li>\n \t<li>Applicants may directly submit the requirements to the NBI Office in Manila via Option 1 and Option 2 using the old original NBI Clearance.<\/li>\n \t<li>There shall be no changes on personal data (name, birthdate, or place of birth). REQUIREMENTS AT AUSTRALIAN POLICE STATION<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1442\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1442\"><ul style=\"margin-top: -10px;\"><li>If the Applicant is unable to travel to the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne as they are in Regional Victoria (far from the Central Business District), South Australia and Tasmania, they may apply via mail.<ol><li>Write a Request Letter for an NBI Form 5 to the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne via post<\/li><li>Attach a photocopy of the applicant\u2019s valid Philippine \/ Foreign passport<\/li><li>Include a pre-paid return envelope addressed to the Applicant in Australia where the Philippine Consulate will send the requested NBI Form No. 5<\/li><li>Proceed to the nearest Police station to have the fingerprints taken<\/li><li>Send the accomplished NBI Form 5 with fingerprint impressions to the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne together with the following:<br \/><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\" type=\"a\"><li>Photocopy of Passport data page;<\/li><li>Processing Fee of AU$45 in postal money order payable to the Philippine Consulate General-Melbourne<\/li><li>Another pre-paid return envelope addressed to the applicant in Australia<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>The Consular Officer will sign the NBI form and will mail back to the applicant in Australia the signed and stamped NBI form.<\/li><li>Applicants may send the NBI Fingerprint form to the NBI Office in Manila using Option 1 or Option 2 below.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1443\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1444\"><ul style=\"margin-top: -10px;\"><li>The signed\/sealed NBI Fingerprint form will be sent by mail using the required \u201cExpress Post\u201d (A4 sized) envelope to an Australian address of the applicant for at least\u00a0<strong>three (3) business days<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The Philippine Consulate assumes no responsibility for any delay, loss or damage in the mail or while the documents are in custody of the courier service.<\/li><li>Applicants should note the tracking numbers of all envelopes used and submitted before submission of documents.<\/li><li>Upon receipt of the NBI Fingerprint from the Philippine Consulate, the applicant is responsible for sending the signed\/sealed form to the NBI Office in
